From Every Mountain Side Let Freedom Ring!

We traveled to Lawton, Oklahoma on Saturday and stopped by the Wichita Mountains. There you will find a beautiful lake, mountains, buffalo and a little place called Medicine Park. Our son and daughter~in~law were married there 5 years ago this month. Her parents are from that area and they often go to visit her folks and family.





The had duck races for anyone who wanted to participate.

We traveled quite a bit yesterday and came back late last night and after going through many heavy rain showers we did get to enjoy some fireworks at a lake near home. I hope you enjoyed your Independence Day weekend it's truly a great country we live in!
