Our hoomans' little senior moments are becoming worryingly more frequent. How would they cope without us?
Ah well, does it really matter??

On to another subject. Seems like Hootie is acting like the male counterpart to Lacie. On Monday Mommy took us to the dog park in Sandpoint and there was this adorable little Staffordshire (pitbull) Terrier pup there. He was about 4 months old, a little larger than Hootie and so cute. Our Mommy told the young man that owned him it's good to socialize them young and went on to tell him about one down in Phoenix at the dog park that attacked Hootie and how that upset her 'cause he was bleeding and the owner had to pull it off of Hootie. Well, don't know if Hootie sensed that this was the same breed or what, but he decided to act like top dog and growled deeply and stood over the top of the poor pup making the toughest looking bitie face he knows. Mom pulled him off and was totally embarrassed since she was acting all know-it-ally about socializing pooches then he pulls this caper! I was very much like BabyStanley --- I kept my distance and acted innocent. Mom was proud of me as she carried Hootie from the park and I came along like the good girl that I am (most of the time). No wonder Hootie loves Lacie. He acts just like her!! (Pictures don't lie!!)
